Preparing for Native Heritage Month

Hello! AISU is in the process of planning and organizing for the month of November. We’re in the means of creating the 2nd Annual American Indian Fair at Random Row Books, creating an Anti-Thanksgiving potluck, and working with professors and students to host lectures and presentations. Please contact us if you have any ideas/would like to get involved in this process!

We have a brainstorming meeting today, Tuesday Oct 23 at 6:00pm at Random Row Books to go over the detailed planning for the fair at the end of November. Join us and get involved! If you’d like to attend, email Jordan at jsk5yg@virginia.edu to let us know you’re coming. If you’re unable to attend, but would like to still be involved with the fair, still email Jordan and she’ll send out updates following the meeting.
